Installing Oxygen Web Author on Componize for Alfresco

Integrating this web editor requires an additional AMP, a plugin for Oxygen and the editor package itself.

You can either deploy Oxygen Web Author directly or customize it and rebuild its WAR file. If you are using a different version of the Web App, contact us for the appropriate plugin and AMP versions.

Install the integration AMP : https://download.componize.com/componize/releases/3.0.2/componize-share-oxygen-webapp-3.0.2.amp.
Download the Componize plugin from Maven: https://maven.componize.com/public/releases/com/componize/oxygen/componize-oxygen-web-author-plugin/2.2.0/componize-oxygen-web-author-plugin-2.2.0-plugin.zip.
Download Oxygen Web App from OxygenXML.
Deploy the Web App with the Componize plugin.
- For a quick deployment, follow the Oxygen instructions to deploy the Web App (https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/19.1.0/ug-webauthor/topics/webapp_deployment.html) and install a new plugin (https://www.oxygenxml.com/doc/versions/19.1.0/ug-webauthor/topics/webapp-configure-plugins.html).
- If you need to customize the web editor, use the Oxygen SDK and rebuild the Oxygen Web Author WAR file in Maven, including the Componize plugin.

To check the integration, browse to a DITA file and open it using the Open in Oxygen Web App link.
