Pipelines are creating an extra output folder in between the index.html and the topics, breaking all links

Condition

When I build from directory sourcesDITA, the index.html is referencing

output/html/sourcesDITA-restructure/topics/topicname.html

but the topics are in

output/html/sourcesDITA-restructure/sourcesDITA/topics/topicname.html

the sourcesDITA folder is added.

Cause

[/troubleshooting/troublebody/troubleSolution/cause/p/div {"- topic/div "}) The referenced file is outside the directory that contains the ditamap root file. (div]

Remedy

Modify either path access source-base-uri or generate.copy.outer DITA-OT parameter :

If you set the source-base-uri in the pipeline configuration to the folder where the ditamap is the information will be used as the args.input.dir property in the DITA Open Toolkit:
```

  <name>source-base-uri</name>
  <value>source/sourcesDITA/</value>
</option>
```
Or, add the following property to your ditaot-html5-shared.properties file:
```
generate.copy.outer = 3
```
