Technical changes

Add maxRetentionDays to LogNodeCleanUpService. You can now set the following property so that pipeline log files older than the maximum number of retention days are automatically deleted. The default value is 3650 days.
```
componize.job.cleanup_log_files.maxRetentionDays=3650
```
Add the following property to allow disabling pipeline log files. When set to false, a pipeline log file will not be created.
```
componize.pipeline.writeLogOnSuccess=true
```
